Prime objectives: PUREDECON provides cleaning and restoration services for families and/or businesses that have a need for biohazard contaminates to be removed.  We are equipped to handle living and/or work environments as well as incidents involving automobiles. Our main focus is on homicides, suicides, human decompositions, and gross filth scenes. Most work is the result of a death incident where blood and tissue deposits, both large and small, need to be removed.

Typical work area: Most work is performed in family living areas of homes, usually a bedroom, bathroom, living room, or kitchen. However, incidents can take place in basements, crawl spaces, closets, and automobiles. Commercial incidents can be retail, office, or industrial areas. Areas affected by animal deposits can be in attics, basements, crawl spaces, bell towers, or abandoned building areas.  Typical substances: Human-based incident substances are usually blood, tissue, brain matter, teeth, hair, bone fragments, or other bodily fluids or parts. Animal-based incident substances are primarily feces, but also include carcasses, nesting materials, and insects.

Duties: PUREDECON’S primary duties include the meticulous work of removing or cleaning biohazards from a given area. For human-based incidents, PUREDECON will remove and clean these hazards from flooring of all types, painted or papered walls, ceilings, furniture, etc. On many occasions it will be necessary to remove wallboard, baseboard, carpet, bedding, flooring, and sub-flooring, etc. The Technician will interact with all clients or responsible parties. All duties in performed in a professional, reverent manner. We are cognizant of the stresses and grief’s involved, and act accordingly.

PUREDECON will see that all personal items that may hold value, both real and/or sentimental, will be cleaned when at all possible, unless otherwise instructed by a proper authority, and a signature is obtained on the Release Form, releasing the company from any liability. If the items are damaged further through the cleaning process, disposal of said items may be necessary. Valued items are thrown away only with written permission.

Because people in stressful situations can react irrationally and even the slightest comment can cause ill will toward any action on the site, PUREDECON is aware of the proximity of all persons at all times and no inappropriate conversation will take place.
